BILLS It is recommended that the bills, as audited and presented by the Director of Finance, be approved for payment. 2. OSHKOSH WEST HOMECOMING PARADE Request permission to grant approval to Oshkosh West High School to utilize city streets and facilities on Friday, September 27, 2002, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., for the annual Oshkosh West High School Homecoming Parade, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 3. ACTIVlTES IN OPERA HOUSE SQUARE Request permission to grant approval to the UW Fallfest on the Fox Committee to utilize Opera House Square on Saturday, September 21,2002, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for a number of activities to coincide with Fallfest, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 4. JAZZ ON THE SQUARE Request permission to grant approval to UW-Oshkosh and the Oshkosh Northwestern to utilize Opera House Square on Friday, September 20, 2002, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., for the University Jazz Ensemble to play while the Northwestern hosts lunch, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 5. LOURDES HOMECOMING PARADE Request permission to grant approval to Lourdes High School to utilize city streets and facilities on Saturday, September 21, 2002, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for the annual Lourdes High School Homecoming Parade, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 6. NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY Request permission to grant approval to the residents of Woodstock Street to close Woodstock Street, from 1700 to 1720 Woodstock Street, on Saturday, September 21,2002, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., for their neighborhood block party, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 7. DEDICATION OF OPERA HOUSE SQUARE Request permission to grant approval to the Downtown Partnership Committee to close Market Street, from Algoma Boulevard to High Avenue, on Friday, September 13, 2002, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for the dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony of Opera House Square, in accordance with the attached memorandum from Community Development Director Jackson Kinney.
