PURPOSE:
GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; APPROVE FINAL
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT- PARCEL C, MARION ROAD/PEARL
AVENUE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
INITIATED BY: CONCORD 20 LLC, PETITIONER
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved w/conditions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a
conditional use permit for a planned residential development for construction of a
50,000 sq. ft. three story 51 unit multiple family apartment building, and amenities, with
surface and underground parking, per the attached, is hereby approved with the
following conditions:
Landscape plans and design and placement of other site amenities, including
fencing and private signage, be submitted to, and approved by, the Department
of Community Development prior to issuance of a building permit. Landscape
plan is to include an enhanced level of landscaping in areas where base
standard modifications are being granted for setbacks.
2)
No utility penetrations or utility panels on the structures be visible from the right-
of-way.
3)
On-site lighting be consistent with the ornamental lighting in the area and be
approved by the Department of Community Development.
4)
Parking space widths for the surface parking lot have a maximum width of 8 ½
feet to provide a minimum of two extra parking spaces.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
hereby approves of the Planned District Overlay and final development plan per the
attached.
