AMEND REGULATIONS RELATING TO PARKING TICKET
PENALTIES
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINSTRATION
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 27-53 OF
THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO PARKING TICKET PENALTIES
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-53 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
parking ticket penalties is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 27-53
BASIC PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS UPON ISSUANCE
OF PARKING TICKET
No parking 2 a.m. to 5 a.m .............................................. $10
Parked on private property .............................................. $15
Prohibited parking (signed) .............................................. $15
Disabled Parking violation .............................................. $50
Overtime parking ........................................................... $10
Meter Violations ............................................................ $ 5
Fire Lanes ................................................................... $30
Other Violations ............................................................ $15
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
January 1, 2003.
