PARKWAY AVENUE, AND A PORTION OF 631 HAZEL STREET INITIATED BY: BEN GANTHER, PETITIONER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-16 (B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS. The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the district character of the following described property from R-2 Two Family to R-5 Multiple Dwelling with a Planned Development Overlay. A part of Grove Street, Cleveland Avenue, E. Parkway Avenue, Oak Street, Evan's Third Addition Block 66 and Carl Hennig's Addition Block 2 all in the Eleventh Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Grove Street and the centerline of Cleveland Avenue; thence south along the centerline of Grove Street to a point on an extended line that is 10 feet south of the south lines of Lots 9 and 20 of Evan's Third Addition Block 66; thence east along said extended line and south line of said Lots 9 and 20 to the centerline of Oak Street; thence north along the centerline of Oak Street to a point on the extended north line of Lot 18 of Carl Hennig's Addition Block 2; thence west along the extended north line of said Lot 18 and the north lines of Lots 16, 17 and 18 of said Carl Hennig's Addition to a point 134 feet west of Oak Street; thence north along a line parallel and 134 feet west of vacated Oak Street to the centerline of Cleveland Avenue; thence west along the centerline of Cleveland Avenue to the centerline of Grove Street also being the point of beginning. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
