PURPOSE:

AMEND CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS - 1530 S. KOELLER
STREET
(A) COMMUNITY FIRST CREDIT UNION
(B) CITIZENS FIRST CREDIT UNION
WHEREAS, the Common Council previously granted a conditional use permit to
Community First Credit Union to hold two temporary automobile sales events, one for 3
days in March and one for 3 days in September; and
WHEREAS, a conditional use permit was previously granted to Citizens First
Credit Union to hold two temporary automobile and boat sales events, one for 3 days in
March, 2002 and one for 3 days in October, 2002; and
WHEREAS, both applicants are requesting that only the March sales events
dates be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that the conditional use permit for Community First Credit Union is hereby
amended by changing the sales events dates to 3 days in April, with conditions as noted
in the previous approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council that the conditional use
permit for Citizens First Credit Union is hereby amended by changing the sales events
dates to 3 days in May, with conditions as noted in the previous approval.
