and perspective for deliberating and negotiating the sale of public property in the Southwest
Industrial Park pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; and, discuss the
status present and perspective of a collective bargaining agreement with the Oshkosh
Professional Police Officers Association, pursuant to section 19.85(1 )(c) of the Wisconsin State
Statutes.
