PURPOSE:

AUTHORIZE JURISDICTIONAL OFFERS - S. KOELLER STREET
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh has determined it is
necessary to acquire certain land for right-of-way purposes and to obtain temporary and
permanent easements to improve pedestrian safety on the east side of Koeller Street.
from W. 9th Avenue to W. South park Avenue, and on W. 20th Avenue from W. South
Park Avenue to the Wisconsin and Southern Railroad right-of-way, pursuant to authority
granted under Sections 32.05, 32.06, 32.07 and 62.22, Wisconsin Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to issue
Jurisdictional Offers in the amount of One Hundred Dollars and NO/100 ($100.00) to
each property owner on the following properties:
