A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 27-7(A-
8), (A-10) 27-8(B-2.1), (B-3), AND 27-23(A-11) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO THROUGH STREETS DESIGNATED, YIELD SIGNS, SPEED LIMITS
AND PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-7(A-8) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to through streets is hereby amended as follows:
A-8 THROUGH STREET DESIGNATED
Delete Therefrom:
Add Thereto:
East Gruenwald Avenue at its intersection with
Jefferson Street.
Gruenwald Avenue at its intersection with Jefferson
Street and Mt. Vernon Street.

SECTION 2. That Section 27-7 (A-10) of
pertaining to yield signs is hereby amended as follows:

Delete Therefrom: East Gruenwald Avenue yields to Mt. Vernon Street.
SECTION 3. That Section 27-8(B-2.1), (B-3) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to speed limits is hereby amended as follows:
B-2.1 THIRTY (30) MILES PER HOUR
Delete Therefrom: Oshkosh Avenue/Congress Avenue, from emro Road
to Algoma Boulevard.
Koeller Street from 850 feet north of 9th Avenue to
emro Road.

as follows:

Delete Therefrom:
No parking, north side, from 68 feet west of Jackson
Street to 181 feet west of Jackson Street from 5:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Add Thereto:
No parking, north side, from 68 feet west of Jackson
Street to 212 feet west of Jackson Street from 5:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
HIGH AVENUE
Delete Therefrom: No parking, north side, from Brown Street west a
distance of 33 feet.
No parking, north side, from Market Street west a
distance of 60 feet.
5-minute parking, north side, from 60 feet west of
Market Street to 101 feet west.
No parking, south side, from 223 feet east of Division
Street to Market Street.
