PURPOSE: TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
INITIATED BY: TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 27-7 (A-
10) AND 27-23(A-11) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO YIELD
SIGNS AND PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-7 (A-10) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to yield signs is hereby amended as follows:
A-10 YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY INTERSECTIONS DESIGNATED
Add Thereto: Campus Place yields to Dawes Street.
Oakwood Road yields to the railroad crossing .4

miles south of 20 Avenue.
Universal Drive yields to the railroad crossing .2
th
miles south of 20 Avenue.
SECTION 2. That Section 27-23 (A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended
as follows:
A-11 PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS
CAMPUS PLACE
Add Thereto: No parking, both sides, from Dawes Street to its
eastern terminus.
OREGON STREET
Add Thereto:
15-minute parking, east side, from 35 feet north of
17th Avenue to 104 feet north of 17th Avenue between
8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Delete Therefrom: 30-minute parking, from 20 feet east of Oregon Street
to 52 feet east between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Add Thereto:
15-minute parking, north side, from 20 feet east of
Oregon Street to 110 feet east of Oregon Street
between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
