THE CHALLENGE:
Communication is essential for every organization and the Authentic Confidence Process
(MYCON Method) provides a safe and easy way to address leadership challenges and build an
Authentic Confidence that attracts leaders, teamwork and clients for life.
BACKGROUND:
Leaders are either looking to find confidence or learning how to coach confidence in others.
Creator and Confidence Coach, Ben Fauske is a confidence researcher who has helped
thousands of leaders find the confidence that attracts the career they deserve. Over or under
confident behaviors are often barriers to success. Ben’s mission is to help leaders find,
communicate and lead with Authentic Confidence. His book Authentic Confidence: The Secret to
Loving Your Work and Leading an Unstoppable Career, May 2020.

COACHING OUTCOMES:
Determine the key elements of the individual and organizational success.
Create clear objectives for learning and leadership development.
Identify strengths, growth areas, barriers and future goals.
Identify the role that the Leader plays and clearly define the path forward.
THE APPROACH:
The coaching relationship is a dynamic one. It enables initial objectives to evolve into increasingly
significant objectives for the leaders. The meetings, although targeted, are flexible enough to
accommodate the leader's concerns. The session is focused on the team’s needs and development
opportunities.
