Home My WebLink About01-446.docNOVEMBER 27, 2001 01-446 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST WITHDRAWN LAID OVER ) PURPOSE: APPROVE PARKING AGREEMENT; ADOPT 2002 FINAL OPERATING PLAN - BID DISTRICT INITIATED BY: DOWNTOWN OSHKOSH BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD BID BOARD RECOMMENDATION: Approved BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the attached Agreement between the City of Oshkosh and the Downtown Oshkosh Business Improvement District is hereby approved and the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute and deliver the agreement in substantially the same form as attached hereto, any changes in the execution copy being deemed approved by their respective signatures, and said City officials are authorized and directed to take those steps necessary to implement the terms and conditions of the Agreement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Downtown Oshkosh Business Improvement District 2002 Final Operating Plan, on file at the City Clerk's office, is hereby approved and adopted.
