PURPOSE: INITIATED BY: ESTABLISH FAIR MARKET VALUE; AUTHORIZE PURCHASE/ 427 PEARL AVENUE CITY ADMINISTRATION WHEREAS, the Common Council has previously determined the necessity of acquiring property to implement the previously approved Marion Road/Pearl Avenue Redevelopment Project Area, as amended, and WHEREAS, a review appraisal has been made on the property to be acquired, which is described below: 427 Pearl Avenue; Oshkosh Community Credit Union All of Lots 13 & 14, Block G, Western Addn., 1st Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. (Tax ID #901-0265-0000) and WHEREAS, the property and interest to be acquired includes land and buildings, if any, exclusive of equipment and fixtures both movable and immovable. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the Common Council certifies the review appraisal has been performed in a competent manner according to applicable State and Federal laws, policies and requirements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fair market value for 427 Pearl Avenue is hereby established at ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($195,000.00). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to acquire said property and to execute all documents necessary to consummate this transaction. Money for this purpose is appropriated from: Acct. No.539-1040-7208-00000 - TIF 13 Marion Road/Pearl Avenue Redevelopment.
