KOELLER STREET INITIATED BY: (A) MATTHEW VlENOLA (B) FATHER MARTIN CARR PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: (A) Approved (B) Denied A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30- 16(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS. The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the district character of the following described areas. (A) Lot 8, public 521 W. 15th Avenue From: M-2 Central Industrial To: R-2 Two Family Original Plat, 13th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin plus right-of-way abutting said lot extending to the centerline of W. 15th Avenue. (B) 960 N. Koeller Street From: C-2 General Commercial To: C-2 General Commercial with a Planned Development Overlay Being a part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼, Section 15-18-16, beginning at the inter-section of the N line of Robin Ave and the E line of N Koeller St as now located; thence E along the N line of said Robin Ave 479.46 ft.; thence N 188.84 ft.; thence N 89-48-56 W 499.40 ft. to the E line of said N. Koeller St.; thence S along the E line of said street 183.14 ft.; thence S 47-03-28 E 8.81 ft. to the point of beginning, 16th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
