PURPOSE:
GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS:
(A) 2580 W. 9TH AVENUE
(B) 333 S. WASHBURN STREET

PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Both found consistent with Standards set forth in Section
30-1 I(D) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
conditional use permits are hereby granted under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning
Ordinance for the following properties, and that said permits are granted with conditions,
if any, as noted for each respective property.
A) 2580 W 9th Avenue; Calvary Ev. Lutheran Church
A conditional use permit for construction/expansion of a parking lot, per the attached
"Exhibit A".
B) 333 S Washburn Street; Wal-Mart
A conditional use permit for construction of an automobile service facility in conjunction
with a proposed new Wal-Mart Supercenter, per the attached "Exhibit B", contingent
upon the following:

No overnight outside storage of vehic+les awaiting service be allowed on site.
Hours of operation for the automobile service facility be limited to 7 am to 8 pm
Monday thru Saturday and 9 am to 6 pm on Sunday.
A revised landscape plan be submitted to, and approved by, the Department of
Community Development.
The retaining wall on the west side of the eight service bays be increased to 5 ft.
in height.
