Home My WebLink About01-408.docOCTOBER 9, 2001 01-408 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE AGREEMENT - WINNEBAGO COUNTY 911 EMERGENCY SYSTEM INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the attached Joint Powers Agreement with Winnebago County for the 911 Emergency System is hereby approved and the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute and deliver the agreement in substantially the same form as attached hereto, any changes in the execution copy being deemed approved by their respective signatures, and said City officials are authorized and directed to take those steps necessary to implement the terms and conditions of the Agreement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such agreement may be renewed from time to time on substantially the same basis and that if renewed, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute and deliver such renewal in substantially the same form, any changes being deemed approved by their respective signatures, and said City officials are authorized and directed to take those steps necessary to implement the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any renewal thereof.
