BILLS It is recommended that the bills, as audited and presented by the Director of Finance, be approved for payment. 2. LOURDES HOMECOMING PARADE Request permission to grant approval to Lourdes High School to utilize city streets and facilities on Saturday, September 22, 2001, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., for their annual Homecoming Parade, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 3. PURPLE HEART VIOLA DRIVE Request permission to grant approval to the Winnebagoland Military Order of the Purple Heart and Auxiliary, Chapter #162, to conduct their annual Viola Drive within the City of Oshkosh on Friday and Saturday, September 28 and 29, 2001, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 4. ORANGE BLOSSOM SALE Request permission to grant approval to the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 437, to conduct their annual Orange Blossom sale within the City of Oshkosh on Friday and Saturday, October 19 and 20, 2001, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 5. OAKLAWN WALK-A-THON Request permission to grant approval to Oaklawn Elementary School to close Viola Avenue, from Jackson Street to Main Street, on Wednesday, October 17, 2001, from 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for a school walk-a-thon, in accordance with the attached letter of request.
