PURPOSE: TRAFFIC REGULATIONS INITIATED BY: TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 27- 8(B)(2.1)(3), 27-14 (B), AND 27-23 (A-11) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO SPEED LIMITS, TRUCK ROUTES, AND PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS. The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 27-8 (B)(2.1)(3) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to speed limits is hereby amended as follows: B-2.1 THIRTY (30) MILES PER HOUR Delete Therefrom: 20th Avenue from South Park Avenue westerly to the city limits. Add Thereto: 20th Avenue from South Park Avenue to Washburn Street. B-3 THIRTY-FIVE (35) MILES PER HOUR Add Thereto: 20th Avenue from Washburn Street westerly to the city limits. SECTION 2. No parking, east side, from 135 feet south of New York Avenue to Congress Avenue. No parking, west side, from Congress Avenue to 230 feet south of Congress Avenue. No parking, east side, from Congress Avenue to Bent Avenue. OHIO STREET Add Thereto: No parking, east side, from 20th Avenue to 75 feet north of 20th Avenue. PEARL AVENUE LOT Add Thereto: 90-minute parking, easterly row of stalls between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, except on Sundays and New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
