BILLS It is recommended that the bills, as audited and presented by the Director of Finance, be approved for payment. 2. NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY Request permission to grant approval to the residents of West 4th Avenue to close the 700 block of West 4th Avenue on Saturday, September 22, 2001, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., for a neighborhood block party, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 3. NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY Request permission to grant approval to the residents of Mockingbird Way to close Mockingbird Way, from Sawyer Creek Drive through the 3200 block of Mockingbird Way, on Saturday, September 22, 2001, from 4:00 p.m. until midnight, for a neighborhood block party, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 4. NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY Request permission to grant approval to the residents of Woodstock Street to close Woodstock Street, from 1675 to 1800 Woodstock, on Saturday, September 8, 2001, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., for a neighborhood block party, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 5. SACK IT TO GOODWILL Request permission to grant approval to Goodwill Industries to allow National Guard trucks into the City of Oshkosh to pick up donations on Saturday, September 8, 2001, from 9:00 a.m. until noon, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 6. PARKING ON PACKER AVENUE Request permission to grant approval to the Oshkosh Kennel Club to allow parking on the north side of Packer Avenue, from Main Street to Jackson Street, on Saturday, September 8, 2001, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, to accommodate a Kennel Club event, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 7. OSHKOSH WEST HOMECOMING Request permission to grant approval to Oshkosh West High School to utilize city streets and facilities on Friday, September 21,2001, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., for their annual Homecoming Parade, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 8. STREET CLOSURE Request permission to grant approval to the Community and Family Appreciation Celebration Event to close Warren Road/Pearl Avenue, from Osceola Street to Rockwell Avenue, on Friday, September 21,2001, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., to accommodate a fireworks display, in accordance with the attached letter of request.
