PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/JACKSON STREET, BETWEEN 2732 & 2880 JACKSON STREET INITIATED BY: NOLTE'S NORTHSIDE SERVICE PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Found to be consistent with Section 30-11(D) and approved BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a conditional use permit is hereby granted under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance for construction of a 7,500 sq. ft. building for an automobile repair and service business and the outside storage of wrecked vehicles and vehicles requiring service, with the following conditions: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) No storage of vehicles, vehicle parts, or equipment used for repairs be stored outside the building or fenced storage area. A landscaping plan be submitted to, and approved by, the Department of Community Development prior to issuance of a building permit. The entire storage area be fenced with solid type fencing and approved by the Dept. of Community Development. Storage area to be screened on all sides by a solid vegetative border to be maintained in perpetuity and the storage area fence line on the south be screened from view with a combination of berming and solid vegetative material and approved by the Department of Community Development. The existing house and garage be razed and removed from the site prior to issuance of an occupancy permit. The existing driveway and parking areas serving the house are to be removed as well. Area to be reseeded or landscaped. A brick veneer or other architectural enhancement be installed on the approximately bottom 4 feet of the north faCade to match the height of the brick veneer shown on the north portion of the west faCade. Said enhancements to be approved by the Department of Community Development. The lots be combined prior to issuance of a building permit.
