REGULAR MEETING held Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall.
Mayor Mugerauer presided.
PRESENT: Council Members Lynnsey Erickson, Joe Stephenson, Karl Buelow, LaKeisha Haase,
