REGULAR MEETING held Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 6:01 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall.
Mayor Mugerauer presided.
PRESENT: Council Members LaKeisha Haase, Paul Esslinger, Lynnsey Erickson, Michael Ford, Joe
