REGULAR MEETING held Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
City Hall.
Deputy Mayor Mugerauer presided.
PRESENT: Council Members Courtney Hansen, Bill Miller, Aaron Wojciechowski, Lynnsey
Erickson, Michael Ford, Matt Mugerauer.
EXCUSED: Mayor Palmeri
ALSO PRESENT: Mark Rohloff, City Manager; Jessi Balcom, City Clerk; and Lynn Lorenson,
City Attorney.
PROCLAMATIONS: Transit Equity Day – Deb Martin, 164 Wyldewood Drive, accepted the
proclamation and thanked the bus drivers. Steven Tomasik, Transit Operations Manager also
spoke regarding Transit Equity Day in Oshkosh
