Deputy Mayor Mugerauer presided. PRESENT: Council Members Courtney Hansen, Bill Miller, Aaron Wojciechowski, Lynnsey Erickson, Michael Ford, Matt Mugerauer. EXCUSED: Mayor Palmeri ALSO PRESENT: Mark Rohloff, City Manager; Jessi Balcom, City Clerk; and Lynn Lorenson, City Attorney. PROCLAMATIONS: Transit Equity Day – Deb Martin, 164 Wyldewood Drive, accepted the proclamation and thanked the bus drivers.
