OF & ADJACENT TO 522 W. 17TH AVENUE INITIATED BY: (A) ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH; (B) CITY OF OSHKOSH PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Both approved A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-16 (B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS. The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the district character of the following described areas. (A) 521 W. 16th Avenue From: M-2 Central Industrial To: R-4 R-3 Multiple Dwelling With a Planned Development Overlay The E 10 ft. of Lot 7, all of Lots 8 & 9, Original Plat, also Lots 2 & 9, excluding the E 150 ft. therefrom, John Smith's 2nd Addn., plus public right-of-way abutting said lots extending to the centerline of W. 16th Ave., all in the 13th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. (B) W. 17th Avenue, East of and Adjacent to 522 W. 17th Avenue From: R-2 Two Family To: R-2 Two Family with a Planned Development Overlay Part of John Smith's 2nd Addn., 13th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, containing approximately 17,200 sq. ft. of land and being described as follows: the W 50 feet of the E 200 feet of Lots 12 and 19 of John Smith's 2nd Addn., plus public right-of-way abutting said lot extending to the centerline of W. 17th Avenue SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication. **AMENDMENT: The zoning for 521 W. 16th Avenue will be R-3 Multiple Dwelling with a Planned Development Overlay
