APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH HONEYWELL INC.
TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh Transportation Department has recommended
approval of the above agreement;
(Agreement - As on file in the City Clerk's Office)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that the agreement between the City of Oshkosh and Honeywell, Inc. is
hereby approved and directed to enter into same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that money for this purpose is appropriated from:
Account No. 511-1728-1703-06991 -- Transit - Property Improvements
