HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-243.docJUNE 12, 2001 01-243 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: APPROVE PLATS: (A) FINAL PLAT/WESTOWNE HEIGHTS (B) EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY/lST ADDITION TO OLDE APPLE ACRES (C) EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY/JONES PLAT INITIATED BY: (A) MIDWEST REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, OWNER (B) ALGOMA LAND DEVELOPMENT LLC, OWNER (C) RONALD JONES, OWNER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All approved with conditions BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the final plat known as Westowne Heights, per the attached "Exhibit A", is hereby approved, contingent upon the following: 1) 2) 3) The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this development. The City accepts the utility and drainage easements. Additional right-of-way be dedicated to provide a radius at each block corner as required by the Department of Public Works. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the extraterritorial preliminary plat known as 1st Addition to Olde Apple Acres, per the attached "Exhibit B", is hereby-approved contingent upon essential service providers approving the street names prior to the final plat being recorded. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the extraterritorial preliminary plat known as Jones Plat, per the attached "Exhibit C", is hereby approved, contingent upon essential service providers approving the street names prior to the final plat being recorded.
