Home My WebLink About01-244.docJUNE 12, 2001 01-244 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: ACCEPT & APPROVE EASEMENTS/WESTOWNE HEIGHTS PLAT AREA INITIATED BY: MIDWEST REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CO., OWNER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the City hereby accepts a water main easement, a storm sewer easement, and drainage easements from Midwest Real Estate Development Co. Inc., north and east of proposed Patriot Lane, which street is within the proposed final plat known as Westowne Heights, as noted on the attached "Exhibit A". BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Oshkosh hereby approves of the utility easement to be granted to the Town of Algoma Sanitary District #1 for sewer service, as noted on the attached "Exhibit A". BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Oshkosh hereby approves of the drainage easement between Midwest Real Estate Development Co. and Sawyer Creek Home Owner's Association Inc. to permit surface waters to flow from lands owned by Midwest Real Estate Development into a private lake owned by Sawyer Creek Home Owner's Association, per the attached "Exhibit B". BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all documents necessary for purposes of same and any changes in the execution copy being deemed approved by their respective signatures.
