PURPOSE:
GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS; APPROVE FINAL
PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS:
(A) WESTOWNE HEIGHTS PLAT
(B) WISCONSIN STREET & WARREN ROAD, SOUTHEAST
CORNER
INITIATED BY:
(A) MIDWEST REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CO. INC.
(B) SAALSAA BROTHERS INC.
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Both approved
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
conditional use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section
30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with
conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property, and the Planned District
Overlay and final development plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved.
A) Westowne Heights Plat
A conditional use permit for a planned residential development on the south side of
Patriot Lane, within the proposed Westowne Heights Plat, for construction of two family
dwellings, per the attached "Exhibit A", with the condition that no further review of
buildings plans is required as long as any proposed development complies with base
standards of the R-2 Two Family Residence District.
B) Wisconsin Street & Warren Road, Southeast Corner
A conditional use permit for a planned commercial development for the construction of a
5,435 sq. ft. multi-storefront strip center, per the attached "Exhibit B", with the following

The subject property be combined with the abutting property to the north.
Placement and construction of the proposed dumpster enclosure is subject to
final approval by the Department of Community Development.
A revised detailed landscaping plan, to include fencing and exterior lighting, be
submitted to, and approved by, the Department of Community Development.
Plans for signage size, location and design shall be submitted to, and approved
by, the Department of Community Development.
