NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received up to 10:00 AM, THURSDAY
SEPTEMBER 17, 2020, in the City Clerk's Office, Room 108, City Hall, Oshkosh, Wisconsin for
PROPOSAL FOR 2021-2025 NON -AMBULATORY PARATRANSIT SERVICES. It is the proposer's
sole responsibility to insure that the proposal is timely and physically received by the City Clerk's
office prior to the deadline set forth in this notice. No proposals will be accepted after the deadline.
All proposals must be submitted in an envelope sealed by the proposer or designated representative.
All proposals should be addressed to the City Manager, c/o City Clerk's Office, Room 108, City Hall,
215 Church Avenue, P. O. Box 1130, Oshkosh, WI 54903-1130. On the outside of the envelope, the
proposer should distinctly indicate the name and address of the proposer and in the lower left corner
should clearly indicate the envelope contains a sealed proposal for "PROPOSAL `FOIL 2021-2025
NON -AMBULATORY PARATRANSIT SERVICES." Any proposals not complying with these
instructions shall be returned to the proposer unopened and unread. Submission of proposals by
facsimile equipment or email will not be accepted.
