NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received up until 10:00 AM, TUESDAY, JANUARY
26, 2021, in the City Clerk's Office, Room 108, City. Hall, Oshkosh, Wisconsin.for: OFD 15 EMERGENCY
GENERATOR INSTALLATION. Due to social distancing recommendations as. a result of the COVID-19
pandemic this bid will be opened virtually,. Those wishing to participate m' this virtual bid opening may

During this virtual bid opening all bidders, bid amounts and any pertinent bid information will be verbally
announced. If anyone requires any other reasonable accommodations, please contact the Purchasing Office
at purchasingc ci.oshkosh.wi.us'or call (920) 236-5100.
It is the: bidder's sole responsibility to insure that. the bid is timely and physically received by the City
Clerk's office prior to the deadline set forth. In this notice.. Bids may also, delivered by using the City Hail
Drop Box, located on the exterior of the building on the left side of the main doors facing Church Avenue.
The drop box will be checked for any bids at the bid deadline and then taken to the City Clerk's office to
be registered. No bids will be accepted after the deadline.
Contractors must be qualified to submit a bid for this project. This shall be done on forms furnished by the
City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and must be filled out in proper manner and then submitted to the General
Services Manager, for consideration by the deadlines stated within the bid specifications, The General
Services Manager's decision as to qualifications will be final. Copies of this form may be obtained by
contacting Purchasing at 920-236-5100. Bidders who have submitted pre -qualification forms. in the past
should confirm their form is on file with the Purchasing Office, The City reserves the right to reject any
and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
MANDATORY PRE -BID MEETING: The City of Oshkosh will hold a mandatory pre -bid meeting for
contractors on TUESD_AY, .JANUARY 12, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in O SHKOSH FIRE STATION 15,
101 Court Street, Oshkosh, WI 54901. Due to social. distancing -recommendations as a result of the COVM-
19 pandemic the pre -bid meeting will be limited to 10 persons. Contractors must email. Jon Urben Q
jurben@ci.oshkosh.wi.us to reserve a seat for the pre -bid meeting, Only one contractor per firm maybe. hi
attendance. If demand warrants_ a second. pre -bid .meeting it will be scheduled for 10.00 a.m. The meeting
will include. a general overview of the project. Each attendee's contact information will be gathered at this
meeting, Answers to all questions submitted during thismeeting will be shared to all. qualified bidders in
a written form according to the Project Schedule: attached herein, Oral statements may not be relied upon
and will not be binding or legally effective. Any bid proposals from qualified bidders that do not attend
the mandatorypre-bid walkthrough will not be accepted.
All bids, must be submitted; in an. envelope sealed by the bidder or designated representative. All bids
should be addressed to the City Manager, c/o City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 2151 Church Avenue, P.O. Box
1130, Oshkosh; W154903-1130. Ori the outside of the envelope, the bidder should distinctly indicate the
name :and address of the bidder and in the lower left corner,should clearly indicate the envelope contains.
a sealed bid for"OFD 15 EMERGENCY GENERATOR INSTALLATION."
Any bids not complying with these instructions shall be .returned to the bidder unopened and unread.
Submission of bid documents by facsimile equipment will not be accepted.
