It is the bidder's sole responsibility to insure that the bid is timely and physically received by the City Clerk's office prior to the deadline set forth in this notice. Bids may also delivered -by using the City Hall Drop Box, located on the exterior of the building on the left side of.the main doors facing. Church Avenue. The drop box will be checked for any bids at the bid deadline and then taken to the City Clerk's office to be registered. No bids will be accepted after the deadline. Contractors must be qualified to submit a bid for this. project. This shall be done on forms furnished by the City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and must be filled out in proper manner and then submitted to the General Services Manager for consideration by the deadlines stated within the: bid specifications. MANDATORY PRE BID MEETING: The City of Oshkosh will hold a mandatory pre -bid meeting for contractors on FRIDAY DECEMBER-112020 beginning at:10.00 a.m. in the first floor public lobby of the Oshkosh Safety Building, 420 Jackson Street, Oshkosh, WI 54901. Due to social distancing recommendations as a result of. the COVID-19 pandemic .the pre -bid meeting will be limited to 10 persons. Contractors must ernall Jon Urben @..jurbeneaci.oshkosh.wims_ to reserve a seat for. the pre -bid meeting. Only one contractor per firm may be in attendance. If demand warrants a second pre -bid meeting it will be scheduled for 11:00 a.m. The meeting will include a general overview of the project. Each attendee's contact information will be gathered at this meeting. Answers to. all questions submitted during this meeting will be shared to all qualified bidders in a written form according to the Project Schedule attached herein Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
