PURPOSE:
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
INITIATED BY: TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 27-7 (A-
1), 27-7 (A-8), AND 27-23 (A-11) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
PROHIBITED LEFT-TURNS, THROUGH STREET DESIGNATED AND PARKING
REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-7 (A-l) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to prohibited left-turns is hereby amended as follows:
A-1 PROHIBITED LEFT-TURNS
Delete Therefrom: (g) Warren Road onto Wisconsin Street.
Add Thereto: (g) Reserved.
SECTION 2. That Section 27-7 (A-8) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to through street designated is hereby amended as follows:
A-8 THROUGH STREET DESIGNATED
Delete Therefrom:
Pearl Avenue from North Main Street to Wisconsin
Street except at its intersection with Division Street and
Jackson Street.
Warren Road at its intersection with Osceola Street.
Add Thereto:
Pearl Avenue from Main Street to Rockwell Avenue
except at its intersection with Division Street, Jackson
Street and Wisconsin Street.
Dawes Street at its intersection with Campus Place.
SECTION 3. That Section 27-23 (A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended as
follows:

Delete Therefrom: No parking, both sides, from Wisconsin Street to
Rockwell Avenue.
No parking, north side, from Wisconsin Street to 180
feet east.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage,
publication, and placement of the appropriate signage except for the sections referring to
Algoma Boulevard, Campus Place, Marion Road, Pearl Avenue and Warren Road which
shall be in full force and effect upon completion of the projects.
