PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Denied
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-
16(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of the following described properties from R-1 Single Family to C-2
General Commercial.
That part of Lot 1 and 2 in certified survey map no. 957 and part of the USH 41 right of
way, all in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21, T18N, R16E, 6th ward, City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
commencing at the E 1/4 corner of said Section, thence N 89o37'45'' W along the N line
of said 1/4 Section 537.17 ft., thence S 00°44'15" W along the W line and extended E
line of Lot 1 in certified survey map no. 957 aforesaid 761.97 ft. to the point of beginning
of the parcel to be described, thence N 00°44'15" E along said E line 31.97 ft., thence N
89°37'45" W 255.00 ft. along the N line of the S 120.00 ft. of the N 850.00 ft. of said 1/4
Section, thence S 00°44'15" W 120.00 ft., thence N 89°37'45" W along the S line of the
N 850.00 ft. of said 1/4 Section to a point on the W line of Lot 1 in certified survey map
no. 957, thence S 00°44'15" E along said W line 478.95 ft. more or less to the SW
corner of said Lot 1, thence S 89°34'31" E along the S line of said lot to a point on the E
line of said 1/4 Section, thence Nly along said E line to a point that is S 89o37'45'' E of
the point of beginning, thence N 89°37'45" W to the point of beginning. Said parcel
contains 16.7 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
