A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE DELETING HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS IN THE DOWNTOWN OVERLAY
DISTRICT
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-27(C)(3)(c) regarding height restrictions in a
Downtown Overlay District is hereby deleted.
SECTION 2. That Section 30-27(C)(3)(d) is hereby renumbered (C)(3)(c).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
