HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-175.docAPRIL 24, 2001 01-175 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 6-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT/PARKVlEW HEIGHTS INITIATED BY: D & F INVESTMENTS, OWNER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved with conditions BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the preliminary plat known as PARKVlEW HEIGHTS is hereby approved, contingent upon the following: 1) The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this development. 2) Street name issues with emergency service providers be resolved prior to submittal of the final plat. 3) The owner provide the City with all easements as required by the Dept. of Public Works to install and maintain sewer and water utilities and implement storm water drainage plans. 4) An access easement, buffered from Kope Ave. residents by a 6 ft. wood fence, be provided on the south side of Lot 29 to provide pedestrian access to the Winnebago County Park, and that a covenant be placed on the face of the final plat which stipulates that owners of the property within the Plat are responsible for maintaining the easement. 5) The right-of-way to connect proposed Jacktar Road with existing Jacktar Road be dedicated prior to approval of the final plat. 6) The area reserved for street purposes south of the plat which will connect the unnamed east/west road within the plat to the private road to the south, be dedicated prior to approval of the final plat. 7) The drainage plan be approved prior to submittal of the final plat.
