A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH REPEALING AND
RECREATING SECTION 14-11 OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING
TO AN INCREASE IN HEALTH SERVICES DIVISION PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE AND
REPEALING AND RECREATING SECTION 29-27 PERTAINING TO WEIGHTS &
MEASURES FEE SCHEDULE
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 14-11 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
the Health Services Division Permit Fee Schedule is hereby repealed and recreated to
read as follows:
SECTION 14-11 FEES. (These are the new fees that will go into effect 7/1/2001.)
Fees for permits required by this Article are due and payable before the issuance of a permit
and annually before July 1 of each year, and shall be as follows:

SECTION 2. That Section 29-27 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to the
Weights & Measures fee schedule is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows:
SECTION 29-27 FEES. (These are the new fees that will go into effect 7/1/2001.)
Every person or establishment owning or having in their possession any weight, measure or
instrument subject to the provisions of this Code is required to possess a valid license from the
City Sealer. Fees for licenses required by this Article are due and payable before the issuance
of a permit and annually before July 1 of each year, and shall be as follows:
