WAUKAU AVENUE INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to accept temporary construction easements, as noted in the attached "Exhibit A", and to execute any and all documents necessary for purposes of same. EXHIBIT A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS/E. WAUKAU AVENUE LOCATION 1: 3100 Fond du Lac Road Oshkosh Labor Association LTD. TID: 14-1640-0000 A part of the Government Lot 1, of Fractional Section 1, T17N, R16E, 14th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the south line of E. Waukau Avenue and the east line of Fond du Lac Road; thence east along the south line of E. Waukau Avenue to the northwest corner of Manor Heights Lot 10; thence southerly 10 feet along the west line of said lot 10; thence west and parallel to the south line of E. Waukau Avenue to the east line of Fond du Lac Road; thence northeasterly along said east line to the point of beginning, including 2,250 square feet more or less. LOCATION 2: E.
