PURPOSE:
APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLATANESTOWNE HEIGHTS
INITIATED BY: MIDWEST REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CO INC
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved with conditions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
preliminary plat known as WESTOWNE HEIGHTS is hereby approved, contingent upon
the following:
1)
The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this
development.
2)
Street name issues with emergency service providers be resolved prior to the
submittal of the final plat.
3)
The owner provide the City with a 20 foot utility easement from the end of the
platted street to the east property line of the owners adjacent property.
4)
The owner provide the City with easements to implement the drainage plan and
make the City a party to the easement which allows storm water drainage into
the pond located on property south of the proposed plat.
5)
The owner provide the City with all other easements as required by the
Department of Public Works to install and maintain utilities and implement storm
water drainage plans.
6)
A covenant be placed on the face of the plat that stipulates the unplatted 25 foot
strip of land immediately south of and adjacent to Lots 1 through 15 shall be
deeded to each lot. Said 25 foot strip shall remain under the same ownership and
be maintained by the owner of the platted lot.
