ZONE CHANGE - WISCONSIN STREET & W. PACKER AVENUE,
SOUTHEAST CORNER

PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-16
(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of the following described properties from C-2 General Commercial to
R-3 Multiple Dwelling.
Being a part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ and the NE ¼ of the SE ¼, Sec. 11-18-16, 12th
Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, described as Lot 4 of CSM 4204, Doc. No.
1051984, Register of Deeds, excluding the N 228.50 ft. of the E 25 ft., plus public right-
of-way abutting said lot extending to the centerlines of W. Packer Avenue and
Wisconsin Street.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
