That Section 14-11 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to the Health Services Division Permit Fee Schedule is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: SECTION 14-11 FEES. (These are the new fees that will go into effect 7/1/2001.) That Section 29-27 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to the Weights & Measures fee schedule is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: SECTION 29-27 FEES. (These are the new fees that will go into effect 7/1/2001.) Every person or establishment owning or having in their possession any weight, measure or instrument subject to the provisions of this Code is required to possess a valid license from the City Sealer.
