A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 2-41
OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING THE CITIZENS ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-41 regarding Citizens Advisory Committee is hereby
amended by repealing and recreating the first paragraph to read as follows:
"The Citizens Advisory Committee shall review and provide input on the
Community Development Block Grant Program, Capital Improvements Program or
similar community programs, and shall consist of twenty-four (24) citizen members who
shall serve three (3) year terms and one (1) Council member who shall serve a one (1)
year term."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
