A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH REPEALING SECTIONS 24-
6.5(E)(1)(a) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO REDUCED
RESIDENTIAL SEWER BILLS FOR SUMMER WATER USAGE
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 24-6.5(E)(1)(a) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to reduced residential sewer bills for summer water usage is repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
