A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-
16(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of the following described areas.
(A)
Part of 400 N. Sawyer Street (per the attached "Exhibit A")
From: R-1 Single Family
To: R-5 Multiple Dwelling
Parcel A: A part of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 22, Township 18 North, Range 16
East, 16th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the centerline of Josslyn Street that is 150 feet south of Rush
Avenue; thence west along a line parallel and 150 feet south of Rush Avenue 174.6
feet; thence south 70 feet; thence east along a line parallel and 220 feet south of Rush
Avenue 174.6 feet to the centerline of Josslyn Street; thence north 70 feet along the
centerline of Josslyn Street to the point of beginning.
Parcel B: A part of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 22, Township 18 North, Range 16
East, 16th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the centerline of N. Sawyer Street that is 220 feet south of
the south line of Rush Avenue; thence east parallel to Rush Avenue to a point 326.4
feet east of N. Sawyer Street; thence south parallel to Josslyn Street 280 feet; thence
east parallel to Rush Street 274.6 feet to the centerline of Josslyn Street; thence south
along the centerline of Josslyn Street to the centerline of Southland Avenue; thence
west along the centerline of Southland Avenue to the centerline of N. Sawyer Street;
thence north along the centerline of N. Sawyer Street to the point of beginning.

all in the 13th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin described as
follows: Commencing at a point on the centerline of W. 16th Ave that is 150 feet west of
Michigan Street; thence south along a line that is parallel and 150 feet west of Michigan
Street 408.93 feet to the south line of Lot 9 John Smith's 2nd Addition; thence west 50
feet along the south line of said Lot 9; thence north along a line parallel and 200 feet
west of Michigan Street to the centerline of W. 16th Avenue; thence east 50 feet along
the centerline of W. 16th Avenue to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
