PURPOSE: AMEND PAYMENT OF HOOK-ON CHARGES INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 25-89(A) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO THE PAYMENT OF HOOK-ON CHARGES The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 25-89(A) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to the payment of hook-on charges is repealed and recreated to read as follows: (A) Property annexing to the City shall pay a hook-on charge, which is calculated at rates equal to the special assessments previously levied against benefiting properties located within the City limits for public storm sewer, public sanitary sewer main and/or public water main, at such time as the annexation procedure is officially completed. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
