PURPOSE:

AWARD BID FOR DEMOLITION OF BUILDING/315-317 N. MAIN
STREET
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has heretofore requested bids for the demolition
of the buildings at 315-317 N. Main Street; and
WHEREAS, upon the opening and tabulation of bids, it appears that the following
is the most advantageous bid:
BEAVER SERVICES INC.
W8031 Highway 23
Beaver Dam WI 53916
Bid: $22,400.00

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that said bid is hereby accepted and the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into an appropriate agreement for the purpose of same,
all according to plans, specifications, and bid on file. Money for this purpose is hereby
appropriated from:
Account No. 323-0740-6401-06101 Equipment Fund / Market Street Plaza
