Home My WebLink About01-01.docJANUARY 9, 2001 01-01 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF WISCONSIN, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & FAMILY SERVICES, DIVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTH INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH SERVICES DIVISION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to approve and accept a grant in the amount of $58,500 from the State of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Family Services, Division of Public Health. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all documents and assurances required by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Family Services for purposes of same.
