The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the district character of the following described areas. (A) Park Ridge Avenue, north & south sides (per the attached "Exhibit A") From: R-2 Two Family To: R-1 Single Family All of Lots 2-27, Park Ridge Estates, plus public right-of-way abutting said lots extending to the centerline lines of Park Ridge Avenue and Vinland Road, 12th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. Irving Avenue all in the 7th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of W. Irving Avenue and a point 53.625 feet west of the west line of Division Street to the south; thence south along a line parallel and 53.625 feet west of the west line of Division Street to the south line of said Lot 21; thence west along the south line of said Lot 21, 53.625 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 21; thence north along the west lines of said Lots 21 and 22 and also along the extended west line of said Lot 22 to the centerline of W.
