PURPOSE:
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
INITIATED BY: TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 2-57 (A),
27-23(A-5) AND 27-23 (A-11) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
THE TRAFFIC REVIEW ADVISORY BOARD, LOADING ZONES, PARKING
REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-23(A-5) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to loading zones is hereby amended as follows:
A-5 LOADING ZONES
Delete Therefrom: Algoma Boulevard, outside portion of the circle in front
of Lincoln School, for 10 minutes or less loading
Add Thereto:
No parking, stopping, standing, waiting - bus loading
zone on the school side of the circle drive (Algoma
Boulevard) in front of Lincoln School.
SECTION 2. That Section 27-23 (A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended as
follows:
A-11 PARKING REGULATIONS
ALGOMA BOULEVARD
Delete Therefrom: No parking on the inside of the circle in front of Lincoln
School.
Add Thereto:
No parking, stopping, standing, waiting on the opposite
side of Lincoln School in the circle drive (Algoma
Boulevard).

east on Saturdays and Sundays.

2-hour parking, south side, from Main Street to
Franklin Street, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00
p.m.
Add Thereto:
2-hour parking, south side, from Franklin Street to 38
feet west of Division Street between 8:00 a.m. and
6:00 p.m.
No parking, south side, from Division Street to 38 feet
west of Division Street.
2-hour parking, south side, from Division Street to Main
Street between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
