PURPOSE:
INITIATED BY:
ESTABLISH FAIR MARKET VALUES; AUTHORIZE
PURCHASES/445 PEARL AVENUE & 451 PEARL AVENUE
CITY ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, the Common Council has previously determined the necessity of
acquiring property to implement the previously approved Marion Road/Pearl Avenue
Redevelopment Project Area, as amended, and
WHEREAS, a review appraisal has been made on the properties to be acquired,
which are described below:
445 Pearl Avenue
Wly 31 ft. of Ely 43 ft. and Wly 2 ft. of E 45 ft. excluding Nly 61 ft. of Lot 10, Block G,
Western Addn., 1st Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. (Tax ID
#90102610000)
451 Pearl Avenue
Wly 40.5 ft. of Lot 9, Block G, Western Addn., 1st Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County,
Wisconsin. (Tax ID #90102590000)
and
WHEREAS, the property and interest to be acquired includes land and buildings,
if any, exclusive of equipment and fixtures both movable and immovable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that the Common Council certifies the review appraisal has been performed in
a competent manner according to applicable State and Federal laws, policies and
requirements.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fair market value for 445 PEARL AVENUE
is hereby established at SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($79,500.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fair market value for 451 PEARL AVENUE
is hereby established at SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($73,000.00)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to acquire said properties and to execute all documents necessary to
consummate these transactions. Money for this purpose is appropriated from:
Account No. 539-1040-7208-00000 TIF 13 Marion Road/Pearl Avenue
