PARKING UTILITY
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 27-23 (A-
11), 27-48 (A) AND 27-49 (B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
PARKING REGULATIONS, TEN HOUR METERED CITY OWNED PARKING LOTS, AND
MONTHLY PARKING LOTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-23 (A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to parking regulations is hereby amended as follows:
A-11 PARKING REGULATIONS
NORTH MAIN STREET/400 BLOCK WEST PARKING LOT
Delete Therefrom:
90 minute parking, all stalls except the perimeter
stalls bordering Church Avenue, the east row loading
zone, the second and third east/west aisle south of
Church Avenue, the two most easterly stalls in the
third and fourth east/west aisle south of Church
Avenue, the four most northwesterly stalls in the
north/south aisle, the five stalls in the southeast
corner facing towards Main Street, the stalls on the
perimeter of the lot bordering Division Street and
Algoma Boulevard, between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m. daily except on Sundays and New
Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Add Thereto:

SECTION 2. That Section 27-48 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Ten Hour Metered City Owned Parking Lot is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Therefrom:
(A) North Main Street/400 Block West Parking Lot;
the perimeter stalls bordering Church Avenue, the
two most easterly stalls in the fourth east/west aisle
south of Church Avenue, the four most northwesterly
stalls in the north/south aisle, the five stalls in the
southeast corner facing towards Main Street.
Add Thereto:
(A) North Main Street/400 Block West Parking Lot;
the perimeter stalls bordering Church Avenue, the
two most easterly stalls in the third and fourth
east/west aisle south of Church Avenue, the four
most northwesterly stalls in the north/south aisle, and
the five stalls in the southeast corner facing towards
Main Street.
(I) High Avenue Lot; except the east/west center
aisle.
SECTION 3. That Section 27-49 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Monthly Parking Lots is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Therefrom:
(B) North Main Street/400 Block West Parking Lot; the
stalls on the perimeter of the lot bordering Division
Street and Algoma Boulevard and the second and third
east/west aisle south of Church Avenue.
Add Thereto:
(B) North Main Street/400 Block West Parking Lot; the
stalls on the perimeter of the lot bordering Division
Street and Algoma Boulevard and the second east/west
aisle south of Church Avenue.
(H) High Avenue Lot; the east/west center aisle.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage following the completion of
the High Avenue Lot.
