Request a 32 foot street width on Washington Avenue between Bowen and Broad Street.
Request repavement of 18th Avenue between Doty and Oregon Street.

SPECIAL CLAIMS:
Special claims submitted to the City's insurance carrier:
Michael Stadler, 5608 Fisk Avenue, in the amount of $257.75 for injuries resulting from a
lemur attack while cleaning its cage.
Culvers Restaurant, 1580 S. Koeller Street, in the amount of $311.09 for damages to their
canopy that was struck by Fire Department vehicle.
Tram Lu, 1695 Covington Drive, in the amount of $2000.00 for damages resulting from a
backed up sewer.
ITEMS RECEIVED AT THE COUNCIL MEETING:
Communication from Daniel Lynch suggesting budget adjustments regarding tobacco
issues.
Letter from American Legion requesting that in the future, no public events be
scheduled on the same day as the Veterans Day Ceremony.
Communication from Robert Kujawa regarding comments on the 2001-2005 Capital
Improvements Program.
